Panchase Trek lies in Annapurna Trekking Region. This is a panoramic view trek to beyond Phewa Lake in Pokhara. From Panchase you will see the great Himalayan peaks of Machhapuchare, Dhaulagiri, Annapurna, Lamjung and Manaslu. The terrain varies from subtropical valleys of banana trees and rice paddies to high ridges covered in rhododendron forest. This supports an abundant array of bird life. Along the way you will see many ethnic mixes, such as Brahmin, Magar and Gurung. This trek is off the beaten path and it is unlikely that you will meet many other trekkers here, and this trek is suitable for all ages and fitness levels.

We get through traditional Hindu villages where we are assured of a warm welcome; follow trails through oak and rhododendron forest where the sound of the bird calls fill the air and camp in serene locations that afford magnificent views of the Annapurna Range. All this in the company of our magnificent crew whose friendship, sense of humor and caring nature ensure that every trek is a memorable one.

3-country tour of Nepal, Bhutan, and Tibet

I did an 18-day tour of these three countries through Adventure Land Tours operated by Chij Gurung in Thamel, Kathamndu. Arrangements done by Mr. Gurung were very good. Sightseeing and accommodations around Kathmandu were fine if you can overlook the traffic and bad roads around the city. Bhutan was exceptional, its a must see destination. And as for Tibet, I wouldn’t recommend anyone to travel to Tibet by road because road conditions are BAD, and it severely lacks in facilities. Lhasa is worth visiting so my sincere advice would be to fly into and out of Lhasa. If any one is looking for a personalized tour, I highly recommend Adventure Land Tours.
